Why do I coach moms?
My motherhood journey started off very stressful. I was not prepared for the center of my world to shift from me to my baby. I was not used to taking the time to care for someone else and not having the capacity to care for myself.
Motherhood was supposed to be beautiful and full of joy and for me it was overwhelming, daunting, and full of disappointment.
Until I met Tara.
